I took the poses from a photo of two member of the Taiwan (maybe Thailand?) parliament who got into a fight. I wanted to post a link to the news article that had the photo but I can't find it now...
Anyway, I was impressed that these politicians felt so passionate about whatever it was they were debating that the argument became physical. When was the last time a fight broke out on the floor of the U.S. congress?

Some major drawing issues because I tried to do it too fast, but still a decent drawing.

Not really a big fan of this drawing.  Or it's title.  But there it is anyway.

I've been wanting to post my work from my drawing classes since I started taking them, mostly because I post my work from everything else. But because both drawing and painting classes work on large scale, it's hard to scanning them in. Now that I have a camera, of couse, I can put up images of my drawing and painting. I'll go back and put up the old stuff next time I'm in Albuquerque cause that's where I have my old portfolios. But for now, I'm going to start you all off with some work I did today. They're 20 minute sketches. And for once, they're not nude.
